These banana cable plugs are definitely worth their price, but there is one caveat: these banana plugs are wider than the holes for mounting speakers, amplifiers, etc. Therefore, they must be real ones Use force to insert them into the clamps. As for the contact: it's very simple, the speaker wire is inserted into the back of the connector and not clamped by any set screws. . I have no idea of their long-term durability, but as I was planning to use them to connect an amplifier to a speaker selector (switch), I noticed that the need to apply too much force mentioned above can damage the connector pins, especially if they are long switched on get stuck in outlets or break for any reason.
