This is a story about love and hate. I love the look of the chair and the seat cushion is very comfortable (although I suspect it won't hold its shape for long, there is something that feels cheap but doesn't last for the price.) The backrest is fully covered in faux leather, where many chairs at this price point are covered in ugly black fabric to keep costs down. And then there's the hate: 1. There are no assembly instructions, but I assembled enough office chairs without trial and error on two screw sizes, wasn't that bad.2. The screwing of the armrests or the backrest does not match the seat at all. Maybe I got the Dective model. but you really need to push and pull to insert the screw to assemble the seat with backrest and armrests with seat and backrest. which leads to 3.3. Screwing and pulling out all four pieces causes the backrest to lean more forward than it should, making the chair uncomfortable (if that's not a word, now it is). You lean forward in the damn thing. 4. Even if he didn't lean forward because of 2 and 3, I would still bring him back. Where the bench seats are REALLY LOW for lower back support. So if you are taller, probably 5ft 4in, this chair is not for you. Sitting in it is just awful because of that, and that alone warrants a return. Some reviews mentioned problems occurring at 4 and they were from people 6ft and over. I'm 5'8", so neither short nor tall. I didn't even plan to write a review, but for short or tall people, there wasn't a single review to make a better choice. Too bad because if he did not would be a mess and the back is higher (which isn't adjustable either) would have been a great chair I have the orange one and it looks absolutely amazing also it's hard to find limiting options in that color and I think I do must give realize my dreams of an orange chair that i can actually afford i hope this review will help people make a better decision and i hope i have only screw hole fault because its a good chair It will be an ordeal to dismantle the base and then pack it up and drive all over the world to send it back.
