This product is amazing! I have several inexpensive whetstones and "diamond" sharpeners but nothing beats this set. I followed the instructions and was able to sharpen my blunt chef's knife razor sharp (see video). My son also made some of our kitchen knives and said the process was very "relaxing". However, it takes a little time to sharpen, but once the knives are sharp, it only takes a minute to maintain sharpening. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
