I research information carefully before I buy anything. As a retired engineer, I can be very dependent on anything I buy. Knowing that Revain has the best return policy I felt safe after ordering these knives knowing that if they didn't meet my expectations I could easily return them. I received these two knives in a very timely manner. When I opened the package, I saw a very eye-catching knife box. You can't find anything better than a beautiful laser cut velvet and foam inlay for perfect knife protection. The knife comes with a protective tip and if I were to estimate the cost of making the box it would be at least $10/$15. Now to the knife. The knives are perfectly balanced and have the ideal weight. I searched for something wrong but found nothing. Design, Steel, Grip, Balance and more; The communication with the seller about a few questions amazed me. Zelite appears to be a family business and their customer service is what I save for 'world class' with very few vendors from whom I have purchased products that have simply 'blown away' me. This is a complete package by the way, I was so impressed with these two knives that after 6 days I turned around and bought an 8 inch chef's knife. I have all three knives and can't believe the difference in quality that I've used, there's absolutely no chance of disappointment.
