Works as intended. for spare parts
I bought this product thinking I was going to replace the entire mirror assembly but when I realized the cover was not included I just needed to the cover and the glass. part, I simply attached the lid to my original block and popped out the glass part with a flat head. It's not the same as mine on the passenger side but you can tell they're shaped a bit differently but it works. Also, my car was already in gloss black so the cover was all I needed. Too bad they only owe that part.

Please use Partslink and OE numbers to check if you are getting the correct replacement side mirror for your vehicle. Also make sure the mirror specs are the same
