Xs Max has been replaced with this. In terms of speed, the previous phone worked just fine. The screen, on the other hand, doesn't seem to have changed all that much. Therefore, with the exception of the camera, it's the best of both worlds. BUT! Do not fall into the trap of believing that since you have used Max in the past, that you are qualified to utilize 12 pro max; you are not! It is impossible to drive with one hand, and the tip of your little finger will get tired from using it. It is enormous, and the sharp edges make it very uncomfortable. I have a hand that is not even close to being little, and I have no idea who this phone was designed for. Designed solely for operation with both hands
