The ability to communicate with customers via email, phone or text is very helpful for any business that has its own website (or at least an online presence). I am able to see what my team members are working on in real time as well as send them reminders about upcoming tasks/deadlines without having to check their emails all day! This tool also allows me access from anywhere around the world so it's easy while traveling. There isn't much dislike here but maybe more options would be nice? Maybe add some features like video chat which could help us connect better when we're not physically together. It helps keep our teams organized by providing visibility into current projects & deadlines across multiple locations simultaneously allowing everyone involved to stay focused throughout each project cycle. We've been using this service since 2011 and have seen great success over those years because of how effective they can make communications between employees easier than anything else out.
