Product is very easy to assemble, instructions are perfect. Didn't have it either, but wasn't a problem. As you can see in the sale photo everything is clearly marked. My first step was to test the video; my screen is 4K @ 60Hz and I wanted to make sure it works as advertised. Excellent! Connected USB from device to my main computer and attached printers, scanners and USB to monitor ports (which include controllers for mouse and keyboard). Moused around, keys typed, and I opened the PDF and checked that the printer worked too. So far everything is perfect. There was a slight delay (2-3 seconds) when switching between devices, but not enough to be bothersome. ). I needed 4K@60, only needed two devices, I liked that it had 4 USB ports and was cheap. Most other KVMs in this price range had only half the specifications (4K@30, 2 USB ports, some even required a separate power supply). And this is where the lack of reviews might have helped. Everything else I considered had some critical (to me) bugs hidden in the reviews. It didn't give me much confidence in the product, but at least I didn't start with a known flaw. So why not 5 stars? I thought so, but there are a few annoyances. First, the lights on the device (blue for PC1 or PC2 and red for power-up) are recessed, not very bright, and can't be seen unless you're looking directly at the switch (and I hate red LEDs; when I took it to the plugged it in for the first time). in I saw a red light and thought something was wrong). Secondly, if I had looked at the picture for a long time, I would have noticed that the two PC ports are on the back, while the USB ports are on the front. My original plan was to leave the switch on my desktop, but that would result in the desktop being as cluttered as the desk (out of sight). I think actually I'd rather the front derailleur was twice as tall and everything came out the back. If you think about it, no one using such a switch will be confused as to which device is connected, whether it is on or off. And I can get a USB extender for printers while keeping the front ports for things like thumb drives. Five stars! This is a really good product and a really great price.
