I ordered this as a Christmas present, when it arrived we opened it, unpacked, removed the packaging material (except the material on the fins), rolled it up again and put it away in our house by spring . Last weekend it was our first outing this season. When we rolled it on the lake, the non-slip coating stuck to another part of the board and partially detached from the top layer. This was very disappointing as it was a brand new board that hadn't even exploded yet. Since we bought them as a Christmas present, we missed the return deadline. I went ahead and pumped it up and took it out. It works as it should, I'm just really disappointed with the poor quality of the non-slip pad and how it sticks to other parts of the board. Nowhere in the instruction manual is it mentioned that when rolling it up in layers it should be wrapped between a non-slip pad to prevent this. left side when rowing, which can confuse you if unexpected. I also used the side D rings to secure the board in the middle of the lake and it worked great.
