Easy to inflate. I set it to 12psi since inflated things expand when heated. I used it for the first time yesterday for a 6 hour river cruise and it was amazing. Pros: It deflates well and stores/moves. You don't have to inflate it to a maximum pressure of 15psi. I can get by with 8 or 9, that saves time. The paddle is fine.
