I'm impressed for my opinion

I wore them for 2 weeks straight for sleeping. Like most said on here, they aren't exactly hard to sleep with in, it just takes some getting used to. My mistake was, I stopped wearing them to bed once my hands started to not hurt anymore. But then 2-3 weeks later, they started hurting worse than they did before. So I should have never stopped using them.

Pros

Lightweight and comfortable to wear, even for extended periods of time

Cons

The hot/cold pack may take too long to cool down or heat up
