I replaced the shower head in the guest bathroom when the old one started acting up. My visiting brother and sister-in-law were thrilled. The rascals had not complained about the old one, but this was definitely a step up.So much so, in fact, that I decided to try one in my master bathroom shower.I love it! Not only is the hose long enough to rinse all the suds from my lady bits down to my toes, but the spray is wide and forceful, but soft. (I know that sounds contradictory, but it is.)As far as easy to install.I am a decrepit old lady who has the best neighbor in the world. He took five minutes and said it was a piece of cake. Bear in mind that he is smart and handy, but he said the instructions were clear and installation was pretty intuitive. In fact, if I were not so lazy and entitled, I might have tried it myself. As it is, I will just bake him a cake or something and enjoy a great shower.
