It was expensive, but I liked the way it folds and tilts back to my laptop. As the title tag says, make sure your C-Port can handle it. I don't know how to know beforehand, but since my C-port wasn't working, I went with the HDMI route option. The problem for me is that I used the HDMI port to connect to my TV. So I bought an HDMI switch, but this new monitor didn't like it. I didn't like the sharing, although the switch directs the signal to where it's needed. This only worked if I removed the TV's HDMI port and plugged the monitor's HDMI port directly into the laptop or into a separate switch. Funny. I think I may have found a solution by connecting my laptop to my TV to share an HDMI port for the monitor only, but I don't know if I can run both at the same time. Plus pain in the buttocks.
