The grounding problem is best illustrated in the Radio Accessories section
The latches holding the radio are plastic/ABS, the originals are metal. Metal OEMs provide radio grounding. If you install it yourself you will have to find another way to ground the radio. It's okay but I would prefer this part to be metal. For this reason I would give 3 stars.
