I bought this pillow because I injured my shoulder and need to sleep in a chair. While others noted that their pillows smelled, mine did not. It came quickly and was great for what I needed. The price was good and I liked the locking option to keep the pillow in place. Pros: Has 2 sides so you can choose between soft and slightly fluffy or smooth satin. Supports head and roost in a seated position. The price is good. Has a zipper to help stay in place Cons: The neck opening is small. The inseam can be uncomfortable and rub against the neck.
