I bought a 4x4 compound angle for my raised deer curtain. I live in Northwest Florida. and set up his stand at the beginning of August 2018. In October 2018 we had over 250 km/h wind from Hurricane Michael. The stand was knocked over by an uprooted tree. None of the legs or brackets are broken. [uses a 2x4 double cross brace on each side]. I disassembled the frame and put it back together. Like new. I will buy another set. Highly recommended. The perfect angle to give you such a broad base for strength. Well built. Get a 4x4 for the extra power you want to frustrate.
