I am very impressed with this product for the price. While I'm not sure the 15 minute LED will do anything on its own, it's fairly blue and very handy for tracking how long I need to hold the mouthpiece to get the hydrogen peroxide gel on and off my teeth remains my gums and my tongue. The instructions are clearly written. tl; DR:1) Rinse your mouth out with water. 2) Rinse the mouthpiece with water. 3) Apply about 1ml of the hydrogen peroxide gel included in the kit to your teeth. Do not connect it to anything else.4) Plug the mouthpiece USB cable into the appropriate adapter for your phone or other USB device.5) Plug it into the device.6) Put the mouthpiece in Your mouth, preferably with the RENPHO logo on the right side facing up.7) Press the button on the cord to start the 15-minute timer.8) Wait for the sweet beep and take out the mouthpiece mouth.9) Spit out LOTS of saliva and rinse it out.10) Smile!
