Works well and fits my 2008 Buick Enclave

Worked fine on my 2008 Buick Enclave. My previous hood strut failed at about 180,000 miles. This was relatively easy to install with hand tools. Only downside: I don't like how well the ball seat system works on the side that attaches to the hood. It doesn't appear to be very strong and can pop out of its socket and need to be reinserted. Actually not a big problem.
