I like that you can create custom reports for each of your stores or locations.
It's great because it allows us at my store/ location to see what we are doing well versus what areas need improvement! Not enough time to look through ALL our accounts but this has been helpful so far!! Great tool if used properly, will help with keeping up with where issues may be occurring within your business. Being able to pull information in one place has helped streamline some tasks as they were previously spread out throughout several different systems.
