Very good remote desktop tool and especially useful in case if there is no such option available

It's very simple interface that allows me as an employee of our organization get access into my team members' accounts so I can see their activity for every day work items they are assigned or have performed recently. The ability it gives you has been great! There isn't anything really bad about this product at least not yet anyway but we do need more customization features like being able edit your own notes rather than just allowing only text input when adding new comments etc.. My clients loved & thought we deserved this program!! Very good service!

The best part of using this service was that it gave me peace knowing I have nothing negative about my business or services being shared with people who are not happy because they were misinformed as well which made them unhappy towards our team's work! Even though there wasn't anything too bad i disliked what we got outta their program but everything worked fine for us at first so no complaints here either unless you want more features like how many times someone can be reviewed before getting

Great Tool for Accountability & Communication

I like that you can create custom reports for each of your stores or locations. It's great because it allows us at my store/ location to see what we are doing well versus what areas need improvement! Not enough time to look through ALL our accounts but this has been helpful so far!! Great tool if used properly, will help with keeping up with where issues may be occurring within your business.
