As a product manager, I found AceRugs' website to be lacking. Their website was slow and clumsy, making it hard for customers to discover what they were looking for despite their extensive selection of sports and outdoor equipment. And then there were problems with my order because of how complicated their checkout procedure was. My shopping experience with them was frustrating and disappointing because their customer support was ineffective in resolving my issues. If they want to keep up with the rest of the industry, AceRugs needs to upgrade their e-commerce infrastructure.
