Not exactly what I expected.The brushed nickel is a bit shinier than most making it almost look like a chrome finish.The faucet came with scratches and the finish just looks poor. The faucet itself doesn’t come in a wrap or protected like many of the other faucets I’ve ordered.There’s an oddity in the design decision. There’s a piece of painted plastic that sits inside the handle hole. There should be no reason for this as it just sits in the hole and has no function. The issue with this plastic piece is that it creates cracks where dirt or minerals will build up and need to be cleaned. Also it jiggles in place and just seems cheap.I’m disappointed in this faucet. It should install easily and functions but I’m not going to install due to the cosmetic defects.
