Review on 🎵 V8 Voice Conversion Digital Sound Card – Bluetooth Version, Mobile Computer Live Sound Card with Metal Shell (Black) by Joel Briggs

Curious, I ordered this inexpensive "Live Sound Card" because the photo suggested the card could enhance my video soundtracks. The package includes a map, a USB-A to Micro-USB charging cable, two Micro-USB to 3.5mm phone jack audio cables, and a confusing user manual; Illustrations are the best feature of the brochure. I connected the card to a "charging" source (internal lithium battery) with a charging cable. The power button glows red while the card is charging; I never reached the end of the charge. The card accepted my "Dynamic Microphone" input on a 1/4" phone jack. There is also a 3.5mm jack socket for an (active) "condenser microphone" and a micro USB socket for a background track that mixes background music with input audio. The card accepted my monitor headphones via the 3.5mm headphone jack. The 3.5mm headphone jack and the "Live 1" and "Live 2" micro USB jacks are on analog output for a recording device or amplified speaker (beware of mic feedback) The card's power button and rotary controls are clearly labeled Aside from the "Record" knob, the "Monitor" knob sets the output volume "Headphones" and "Headphones" on, while the (untested) IMO "Record" knob sets the output volume to "Live 1" and "Live 2". I've searched but no bluetooth -Input or -Output found. The sound card has three rows of six buttons. The first row erze ugt the microphone voice (e.g. sounds like MC Don Pardoe), while the second and third rows of buttons produce short sound effects that are mixed with the stereo audio output (e.g. laughter and applause). When I connected the USB-A charging cable to my Windows 8.1 desktop PC, the computer automatically loaded the drivers and recognized the card as both a microphone (audio in) and a sound card (audio out). Learning so much about the "live sound card" required hours of experimentation that could have been avoided with a clearly written instruction manual; IMO deserves two minus stars. But I appreciate that this karaoke mixer/sound generator has a lot of functionality at a very low price, so I'm only deducting one star.
