Review on 🎒 Black Thule Crossover 25L Laptop Backpack by Marcia Estrella

I've had this bag for a few years now and it's been great while it lasted. Bought because of Thule's reputation and pocket rating. The zipper on the main compartment has recently opened and is out of order. Thule claims to have a lifetime warranty but I've contacted them twice with no response. I paid significantly more for this bag than others due to Thule's reputation, but it looks like the bag and Thule let me down. UPDATE January 17, 2018 - still no email response from Thule, BUT - you've probably seen this review. I received a brand new bag identical to the one shown here. Thank you Thule for honoring the warranty!
