Exactly what I needed.

My new trailer license plate light didn't have it, so I couldn't put my AZ license plate on. This worked great to lower the panel just enough to partially fit under the trailer. I had to redrill the holes to install the light and reuse the existing holes on the trailer. I later had to drill holes and replace the original sheet metal screws with stainless steel machine screws and locknuts after a piece of road debris hit the license plate and broke the original screws.
