Impossible to cut, leaving marks on the floor
This tape is so strong that even strong carpet scissors cannot cut it. When you finally wrestle enough (half tear, half cut) your scissors will have a thick sticky film on them. This tape is overkill if you just want the rug to stay in place. There are also footprints on the ground. I would like to send it back, but of course I can't. Not recommended. Instead, I'm going to try the Duck Brand 260485 Hold-It Carpet Adhesive.
