I received the item in good condition and all the parts were there. However, the wooden plank used as the table top for the seat does not fit properly and does not align with the drilled holes in the metal frame and the holes in the wooden plank. It is not possible to re-drill the holes or align the holes to attach the timber plank to the frame and this defeats the intended purpose of this product. The wooden board itself is very fragile and should not be used as a seat as it will crackle when loaded. Whilst the frame itself is very good and the pieces were fairly easy to put together, they do not snap together as the holes in the metal frame and wood top are grossly misaligned and misaligned.
