Almost Perfect good for me
Had some issues installing. The garage door had the original seal on it, and was very difficult to remove. Once removed, I had to really work to get this one in. Once installed, I had to adjust the sensors on the door as apparently this one was a bit thicker than my old one and the door would reopen once it hit bottom. After adjusting the sensor, it closes fine, but I still find on a windy rainy day, I get some leakage on the left edge. Not as bad as the old, torn one, but didn't completely solve my issue.
