Love it, I'm not a plumber and I'm me don't know much about plumbing but this thing has made life so much easier. I have a vacant lot. No water. No electricity. Kind of like a 'tent city' but camping becomes obsolete without running water. This guy is that Backbone of my water supply. The system works very well. I use a small 22Ah battery to power the pump, which I charge from the main solar system on the other side of the camp when it runs low. I'm not letting it die, but it did make 3 trips with multiple hand/dishwashing and showers in the comfort of home (draw about 3 amps, so theoretically it would be (slightly less than) 4 hours of continuous use before the battery died. 50 percent) . I'm sure it's not recommended but I've left it outside in 20 degree weather with no problem. Just make sure to turn off the water supply and pump out as much remaining water as possible. and leave all faucets or whatever plugged in in the "on" position. He is sitting on bare ground. In the sun. For 2 years. and still works fine.
