Good product for me, I was satisfied with the price.

Extraneous noise appeared from the socket zone, video - 
I have never seen such a thing, there has always been silence and the maximum where the noise came from is a video card under load (chokes). Now thiscomnstant noise infuriates me, it manifests itself when the system is idle and power saving works. The noise disappears if you turn off the s-states technology (asus strix z490f gaming), but then the processor always works at full capacity.

Additionally, there were problems in games: in metro exodus - it worked without problems, the upgrade field began tocomnstantly crash and crash, the problem is solved again by turning off s-states.

The problem is definitely not in the motherboard. before that, it was installed in the msi Z490 TOMAHAWK and the situation is 1 in 1. All othercomponents have served properly and are serving from the previous system, where everything worked without whistles and overdrive, the be quiet 850w power supply.

Perhaps I got a low-qualitycompy?

I thought of a change only because of the desire to see (whether there will be an increase in conjunction with the 2080ti). I did not radically feel the difference between 7700k and 10700k, development was greatly slowed down, but there are more and more new jambs, loss of quality, this applies not only to processors, but to all hardware.
