I've used a crescent-shaped pillow to elevate my knees at night, but this pillow intrigued me. This product looks much nicer. I have a gray one and it's very cool. It is a cotton jersey material that is very soft to the touch. No rash! I'm already in love with this product. Somehow he manages to stay nice and cool even when I'm overheated. The foam is firmer rather than soft, which I like because my old roll cushion gets too flat after about 5 minutes. This maintains its height and shape throughout the night. I use it when I first go to bed and watch TV (or just stretch in the dark a bit) and then lower it between my ankles (like I always do with a roller) and roll onto my side. Then I put my (separate) knee pad between my knees. This product feels so good between my ankles. It's so soft and cool it almost feels like a massage. I am so happy with this product! It definitely keeps what it promises. I think the price is spot on (currently listed at just under $40). This is a high quality pillow. Oh, and it comes with a pair of earbuds and an eye mask! I love these little additions! 😊
