I bought the five piece set as it offered what I found quite attractive, the steaming option. I've been looking for recipes for steaming fish and vegetables for a long time and I really wanted to try it. The pot holds the heat well and cooks quickly. While I have a few more recipes to try, it took five minutes to steam the broccoli and it was done (attached photo). The pot is nice and deep, so you could definitely multitask and use both the steamer basket and the pot. Next time I want to try pasta with seafood. I haven't had the chance to use a pot with a lid, but the set is very elegant and works well. Every detail is easy to clean and I love the clean, crisp look of stainless steel. The only downside I've found so far is that stainless steel heats up so quickly pot handles tend to stay hot too, so gloves are recommended. Otherwise the set is great! Another really nice feature of both pans is that the insides of each size are labeled in quarts and liters. When measuring liquids, use pans instead of other kitchen utensils. This greatly simplifies the execution of recipes and offers a 2-in-1 function. I can't wait to use the five piece set more and so far it seems promising.
