Very difficult to use

First review ever but how frustrated I am. Although simple in theory is too simple a question. Without the ability to troubleshoot, and with very little help from the company, I can't figure out why this damn thing turns on after I've downloaded all of my music in the correct format, then says it will play music from memory, and then turns off. It just won't stay no matter what I do. Fuck #return
