Update: Contacted the company shortly after I posted this review. They took responsibility for the bad quality hair and delivered the right hair in time. The spokesman said they occasionally have quality control issues but are taking corrective action. I would order again. I bought two packs of this hair a few days apart from the same seller. I also ordered the same length. While one is of very good quality and the right length, the other is shorter, stiffer and of poorer quality. One pack is not enough for my hairstyle. I've searched but haven't found a way to email the seller directly. I hope you see this review and help rectify the situation. I will update this review when this is the case.
