My 14" Briggs and Stratton Surface Cleaner, 3 years old, still spins and runs well but not as well as it used to. a few other brands of these plastic surface cleaners , and it always wears out the shims on the spindle, even after they've been lubricated. Before upgrading or buying a similar one, I thought I'd replace the shims. They arrived a week after ordering, clean, lubricated with lithium grease and the car runs like new i really think i will have to adjust the jets because it lifts off the ground although it is a bit pricey for a pair of nylon washers i am grateful they have a spare as it is a part is that, despite their maintenance, always fails.
