I bought this monitor specifically to have a docking station that can switch between two laptops and the middle camera so I don't always get side shots of my face from the laptop's cameras. When trying to set everything up, I initially thought I misunderstood how the monitor worked. However, once I updated the firmware (via HP's website), old! Support for two computers (also called KVM mode). So far, so good. The monitor itself is fine, but the camera is mediocre. This can be a faster menu selection process for switching between inputs. However, I'm willing to sacrifice a lot for a slimmer desktop setup. I was pretty happy with the willingness to pack everything up again.
