When the box arrived there was everything you need to fit the headlights except the tools inside. It even had trailer side marker lights with wiring to connect both sides. The instructions were very easy to follow. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to lift the boat so I can't comment on the underwater performance which is critical. However, I have a feeling that he will not disappoint me in the future. The lights were very bright and easily visible even in daylight.
