This little tool helped me remove the transmission cooler pipes from my radiator. Here's what you need to do. Remove the small caps from the radiator coolant lines and then slide them over the coolant line (as if wrapping it around the line) with the notches pointing towards where you will insert the line into the radiator. Pinch the ends and insert where it connects. Spin it and you should see clips. I had to use a clip extractor (also purchased from Revain). Let me tell you that using this tool I removed both lines from the radiator in about 5 minutes. I was very concerned about removing the lines. Once the clamps are removed, simply twist the lines slightly and pull them out. It was so easy. There was some oil on the bottom line so I had to use silicone spray and then it came off. Installed a new cooler in 20 minutes. It took me longer to remove the radiator hoses and those damn factory clamps that are on it. I also bought my hoses, radiator and water pump from Revain. Raven wins everything!
