Having owned aquariums almost exclusively for the past 25 years, a green substance recently formed at the bottom of my 75 gallon tank. I've never seen anything like this, I did a partial water change, vacuumed the stones and cleaned the filter, came back a few days later. **Please note this started after using well water**. I did a little research and found that they are blue-green bacteria. The first photo shows what the floor looked like. I bought this and did the first treatment, after 48 hours there were practically no results. By the way, one box processed my 75 liters twice. I decided to have another treatment but this time I mixed the green slime off the rocks before adding them and after 48 hours my tank was 98% blue-green slime free! The second photo is about 2 weeks after the second treatment. I have very small spots, I will do one more treatment and I will shake them off from below before doing this. I'm very impressed, thanks, my fish has a clean tank again!
