It is very customer friendly and helps identify all areas of weakness in your system. The product seems to have a lot of features which can be overwhelming at times for an organization like ours. I would say that it should have more customization options. However, the support team has been very helpful so far and are always willing to help us out whenever we need them. We are currently working with them to fix our security issues. I am hoping they will improve on it a bit as there is still room for improvement. They helped us find vulnerabilities in our code and also helped us secure them.
