Review on FLIR E6-XT Handheld Infrared Camera: Extended Temperature Range, MSX Image Enhancement, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Enabled (240 x 180) by Jared Winebrenner

Five stars because I'm a nice guy. In the end I actually brought it back. I found some sample images on the Flir website and on the internet. The images were a bit noisy compared to the images on their website and elsewhere. I almost think there is false advertising being done here. I'm no expert on infrared cameras, but even after playing around with the camera settings, I couldn't get such sharp images. It's possible that the camera I received wasn't properly calibrated, but it should have been as it's a brand new product. I believe that identification with this camera can be found in many applications. Also, one battery was completely dead and they would probably replace it if I complained. I just wasn't sure about the advertised quality. Make sure you compare the images you see on your camera with the official images they claim you will receive. If you think this is false advertising, please report it.
