This product is great for dry, flaky lips. In a desperate cracked situation I only used it until my lips rebounded and now, quite frankly, I find it hard to use anything else. One thing that worries me is how big this tube is compared to the amount of product inside. There seemed to be a lot of air in mine instead it was difficult to get out of the tube which was frustrating but in the end I decided the product inside the tube still deserved 5 stars. If I could rate the product and the packaging separately, I would give the rating 1 star because the tube is too big for the amount of products. I've included a picture of the hose after the very first use when most of the excess air was squeezed out.
