No full range of motion
All together it is a good rack. I bought it because of the cable attachment so I could do lat pull downs, triceps push downs, etc. The way it is built the guide that the weight slide on slide in to another piece on top and that piece it slides in to sticks down like a foot. So, when I try a triceps push down I can't fully straighten my arms before the rack hits that piece. I am 6'5" tall it will be worse for anyone short. So, the cable attachment is for the most part useless unless you modify it to set up higher, which will be more money out of your pocket. If this company had quality control they would have caught this issue and made it a little better design instead of shrugging it off and selling it anyway.
