Very disappointed! for baseball caps
I ordered one of these caps in black from the E4 shop a few years ago and it is in good condition. The hat brand was OTTO. I decided to order another one in blue from the same seller. When I got my new one, it wasn't OTTO, it was Nissi Caps, a much worse hat. First, the size is much smaller and requires me to open the back tongue almost completely. The last drop that broke the camel's back is that the back strap does not stay in place - a defect! To return.
