I purchased this machine directly from Aroma Tech. After about 5 uses, it started becoming so loud when it would disperse that I stopped using it. About 6 months later, I pulled it out of my closet where it had sat unused the whole time, thinking I would give 8t another shot since I paid a REDICULOUS amount for it. Tried to use it and now it does nothing. No pumping sound,no smell being dispersed just flat out doesn't work. Unbelievable that this company has the nerve to charge people this much for a product that is either defective, or just doesn't work at all. Customer service was NO help. What a waste of money.Unbelievable.
