Very Strong Bands for my opinion

As a gym fanatic who, like many, is affected by the pandemic, I'm scrambling to find alternative methods of maintaining my muscle mass until gyms reopen. Resistance bands really work. If you wish to maintain muscle mass, you can work your muscles to exhaustion through repetition. (No, this is not better than weights, but it will hold you over until the gyms reopen). This is a REALLY good collection of bands. There is a full range of resistance, and these are VERY strong. They're rubber, so they won't last forever, but they will suffice if you're serious about maintaining a temporary non-gym training schedule. (Actually, it's possible to stay solidly fit with these bands, without a gym, if you understand resistance and utilize multiple exercises to hit your muscles).

Pros
  • These are good quality resistant bands and are extremely hard to break. Highly recommended.
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for leg exercises
