If you wish to maintain muscle mass, you can work your muscles to exhaustion through repetition. (No, this is not better than weights, but it will hold you over until the gyms reopen).This is a REALLY good collection of bands. There is a full range of resistance, and these are VERY strong. They're rubber, so they won't last forever, but they will suffice if you're serious about maintaining a temporary non-gym training schedule. (Actually, it's possible to stay solidly fit with these bands, without a gym, if you understand resistance and utilize multiple exercises to hit your muscles).
