
I had to return the item. If your cap has been replaced and was not torqued it probably would work well. If you bike has never had the cap removed, they are installed at 10nm which converts to 90 inch lbs of torque. The wrench is not thick enough or long enough to apply that much torque. My guess is the reviews that show it broke probably used a hammer to tap it or something to try and add leverage. I socket or longer tool would work better. I found a design online for a 3D printer socket and chose to have that made.
