Pros: - Clear and simple instructions - Well packaged, divided into two transparent bags so opening one pack doesn't mean opening the whole pack of strips. Cons: - Even after following the instructions and trying them in several places, they just didn't work for me, didn't pull my hair at all - my skin was red and irritated for about a week. While I don't have much waxing experience, none of the products I've tried have irritated my skin for so long. General: Although not for me, packaging and instructions are good. No idea why they didn't work for me. Unless your skin is sensitive, you might have better luck with them than me.
