Review on USA Pan Bakeware Quarter Sheet Pan: Warp Resistant 🍪 Nonstick Baking Pan - Made in USA from Aluminized Steel by Lynn Woodcock

These 2 trays arrived on time today. They were carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box. I bought this brand because I have 3 different size pans for the US. Haven't used them yet and will have to update this review later. Based on previous experiences with my other pans in the US, I can confirm that this is a reliable company. American skillets should not be cleaned in the dishwasher and should not be used with cooking sprays. I stopped using cooking sprays for cooking and baking 3 years ago. Instead of the old "butter and flour skillet” method, I always have homemade Bakers Goop pasta in the fridge. UPDATE: Another STAR has been added. These gems baked my soft and delicious traditional marranitos (Mexican molasses and soft ginger biscuits) for my 3 young adult friends as the perfect back to school treat. The quarter sheet size is much more versatile than my baking sheets. One even fits perfectly in the Breville Smart Oven Pro, although I didn't bake in it this time. You can even buy 1-2 more of the same pots.
