Very disappointed with the letter trays and stacking pads

I'm a teacher and needed this to keep a binder for each day of the week and a few copies. It was a bit broken because it wasn't even properly aligned with screws and as far as it went so the shelves kept collapsing even with a binder and 20 sheets of paper which is very easy. I was so upset that I threw it away after a month. I threw the box away so I couldn't return it.
